“Fall”ing into Flow is a one day retreat to awaken creativity through writing, movement and mindfulness in nature.
Join us as we explore and cultivate deep presence and awaken creative energy through writing/journalling, movement and mindfulness practices. Rooted in the rhythms of the season and the power of community, this gathering is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with ourselves and the land, honour what has been, and attune to the quiet transformations of the fall as we move from harvest to hibernation.
INSPIRATION & THEMES
Deep Presence — Being artfully engaged in the here and now: attentive, grounded, and open to the wisdom of the moment and the land.
Creative Energy — The inner spark that fuels imagination, expression, and the ability to bring new ideas, insights, and experiences to life.
Retreat — From the Latin retirare (“pull back, withdraw”): a conscious stepping away from the demands of daily life to meet oneself more fully.
“A true retreat is not about escaping the world. It’s about observing the world within.” – Salima Pirani

HOSTS & FACILITATORS
We are two lifelong friends with overlapping interests in nourishing community and leading authentic, creative lives.
Katarina Vuckovic is a writer, dancer, teacher, and plant tender. Her short fiction and poetry has been published in literary journals such as the New Quarterly, and shortlisted for the Bridport Prize among other awards. She is a classically trained dancer and continues to explore modern dance and improvisation, while also teaching movement and yoga, increasingly in wild spaces. Katarina runs a nature-based program that focuses on outdoor play, storytelling, and wildcrafting, and her work is rooted in holding space for connection to the land and our natural rhythms.
Azin Soltani is a certified leadership coach, facilitator, artist, and yoga teacher. Her multidisciplinary approach blends coaching, creative practice, and somatic awareness to craft transformative experiences—conversations, workshops, and retreats that invite reflection, deepen awareness, and inspire more authentic intentional living. As a singer–songwriter, Azin’s musical collaborations have been featured in Toronto’s Music 311 program and the YYZ Live Music Series, and earned her a Toronto Independent Music Award nomination.
